Curriculum

Individualized Education Plan (IEP) based teaching arrived at after comprehensive assessment and observation of the student. Multidisciplinary and Holistic Education approach. Innovative curriculum content anchored in conceptual and experiential learning, life skills, initiative, analysis and reflection that promote learning and development. For autistic children the curriculum has a pivotal role to synergize motor and neural systems to develop intelligence, observation abilities and memory. It entails laborious exercises. Experiential learning will be embedded for all subjects with conscious language pairing since communication is the major deficit in autism. The NIOS curriculum will be extracted and adapted for use at all stages of the school structure. Inculcation of healthy personal habits and teaching of soft skills like socially appropriate behavior, managing time, working in a team & creative abilities are of high priority.
